(A) One of 29000 frames made by Union, Switch and Signal for Quality Hardware between October 1943 and March 1944. Underwood marked barrel dated 2-44. Internal parts correct with all made by Quality Hardware except flip safety and clip release which were modified when rebuilt for Korea. Correct flat bolt with correct markings. Replaced rear sight. Late style bayonet stud sling band. "Q-RMC" marked two rivet top wood and buttstock with "RIA" rearsenal stamp on buttstock. Comes with green woven sling, ammo pouch and three 15 round mags. CONDITION: Overall good with usage marks. Shootable bore (ME of 2) with good mechanics.(B) Irwin Pedersen manufactured between November 1942 and March 1943. Underwood marked barrel dated 11-42. Import marked by "ARL Ordnance". Mixed maker internal parts. Late style sling band with bayonet stud, flip safety, adjustable rear sight and clip release consistent with rebuild. Uncut stock with "PU" in sling well and "IO" marked top wood. Comes with green woven sling, ammo pouch and two 15 round mags. CONDITION: Overall good with good mechanics. Shootable bore with ME of 2. Stock sanded and refinished.
