Lot consists of: (A) Irwin Pedersen manufactured M-1 carbine made between November 1942 and March 1943. Underwood barrel dated 2-43. Gun rearsenalled for Korea with some M-2 parts including cut wood, round bolt and M-2 style slide well but is an M1. Most internal parts not marked. Late style bayonet sling band, rear sight and flip safety. Comes with green woven sling, ammo pouch and two 15 round mags. CONDITION: Overall good with reapplied arsenal finish. Stock has service marks with original look to the gun. Shootable bore with ME of 2 and good mechanics. (B) Irwin Pedersen manufactured M-1 carbine made between November 1942 and March 1943. Inland marked barrel dated 3-44. Mixed internal parts with M-2 slide well and cut stock consistent with M-2 arsenal rebuild for Korea but remains an M1. Late style bayonet sling band, flip safety and magazine catch. Correct flip rear sight (replacement). Aftermarket buttstock with late four rivet top wood. Comes with sling, ammo pouch and two 15 round mags. CONDITION: Gun has reapplied arsenal finish on metal parts and aftermarket buttstock. Shootable bore with ME of 2 and good mechanics.
