A unique and custom SC Model single barrel trap shotgun built in 1936 with a steel barrel. Barrel marked on its left side reading "PARKER BROS. MAKERS.MERIDEN.CT.USA.ACME.STEEL". Ventilated flat top matted with a white middle bead and white front bead sight. Barrel lump is marked "12" for its gauge. Action has a single trigger and is coin finished with floral scroll; bottom action which has what appears to be a flying pigeon and also marked "PARKER". Water table is stamped with the serial number and patent date markings. Replacement stock and beavertail forend both ornately carved with what seems to be oak leaves. Buttstock with sharp checkering, small Monte Carlo cheek piece, pistol grip, and Hawkins orange rubber pad. CONDITION: Good. Barrel is in very good shape with 95% blue and excellent bore. Virtually no signs of exterior marks. Stock with slight handling marks. Shows wear around trigger guard, top tang, and action. Proud metal at top tang. Forend in good condition. CP
