Manufactured by Krieghoff for the German Luftwaffe. Rare and desirable two digit 36 chamber dated Luger. Features include round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADEN", front toggle link marked "H/anchor/K KRIEGHOFF SUHL" with correct "(eagle) 2" waffenampt's. This is an all matching numbers gun including the magazine. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 97% of the original factory applied blue finish; straw small parts and just a bit of high edge wear. Ritzmann brown checkered grips with fine sharp checkering with no chips or cracks. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. Correct rolled nickel magazine with fire blue pin. This gun is listed in Gibson's book on page 73 by serial number. It comes in an excellent black military holster with white stitching. Stitching is tight and serviceable. Holster is marked "RYFFL & BORNS HANNOVER 1936" and has a WaA215 waffenampt. Also comes with an original stick eagle 655 loading tool. A very desirable and collectible Krieghoff Luger in untouched condition. RW
