Dated 1943 on receiver bridge with Tula markings. Blued finish with varnished wood stocks. Matching numbers observed on receiver, butt stock, bolt carrier and bolt. Magazine numbered to another rifle. Traditional Russian markings are present on stock in grasping grooves, bottom of wrist and right side of butt. Small German waffenampt inspection found on left side of receiver below serial number. CONDITION: Very fine as restored. Bore is excellent. Stocks have additional coat of varnish applied. Blued finish is very fine with very little wear or loss. Bolt and carrier are a purple/blue coloring.
