Lionel 400E is in gunmetal grey with copper trim, appears to be complete and all original, the only problem with this is that the boiler front does not latch smoothly to the boiler; the Tender is a non-whistle tender, it is complete and all original but has some scratches and paint chips. Both in very good condition.
