Steyr-Daimler-Puch manufactured MP69 machine gun with ”L.E.S.” import marks on top of receiver and “ G C S O” hand inscribed on underside of composite forward of magazine well. This gun was signed in black ink on the left side composite by Ted Nugent, a very popular and well-known firearms enthusiast. Four 30 round magazines are included with this lot as well as a photo of Ted Nugent with this gun and the persons who were with him. Later configuration akin to the MP81 with sling mounted on barrel instead of the cocking handle, the MP69 is a high quality manufactured machine gun with an unusual select fire mechanism utilizing the safety/selector above the trigger. When in the leftmost position, short pulls on the trigger result in semi-auto, and long pulls result in full-auto fire. If the safety/selector is in the middle position, only semi-auto will result. All the way to the right is “Safe”. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original smooth gray finish on metal parts with near excellent composite furnishings. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt face extremely fine. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select fire machine gun with added value of being linked to a renown firearms enthusiast. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS TRANSFERABLE ONLY TO ACTIVE FFL/SOT DEALERS ON AN ATF FORM 3 BUT MAY BE RETAINED BY SOLE PROPRIETOR FFL/SOT HOLDERS WHEN THEY RELINQUISH THEIR LICENSES UPON BATF APPROVAL.
