Sublime continuation of production of the Winchester Model 53 Deluxe rifle chambered for .32-20 W.C.F. and produced by Browning Arms Corp. High commercial blue finished steel with deluxe, fine quality varnished checkered walnut stocks with steel shotgun buttplate. Fitted with factory drift adjustable bead front sight, elevator adjustable rear sight, and folding Lyman tang sight. Browning contracted with B.C. Miruku in Japan to continue the production of these fine rifles and the finished product equals or surpasses the actual Winchester product. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine with slight handling marks in wood stocks. Blue finish is equally fine with a trace of finish loss at leading edge of muzzle. Action is crisp with tight lock-up and operates properly. Bore is as new, bright and shiny with no detriment. A wonderful contemporary commercial lever action rifle that has long since been discontinued. TDW
