Manufactured by DWM for the German Army. This model was made from 1914-18 and was usually issued to artillery and machine gun crews. The most distinctive feature of this gun is the 8" barrel and nine position adjustable rear sight. Has DWM script on toggle. Dated 1917 on chamber. Has all matching numbers with exception of grips which are correct checkered walnut but not numbered. Arsenal blue finish with straw color small parts. Numerous German inspector stamps. CONDITION: Great straw colors intact. Gun retains better than 95% dull arsenal blue finish with some freckling on straps. Rig comes with three original wood bottom magazines, a leather magazine pouch, a 1916 dated Dresden holster, magazine tool, rod and wooden shoulder stock with matching number. A great mid-war Artillery Luger with rig. DB
