The frame is stamped "W G MODEL 1893". The caliber is stamped .455/.476 on left side of frame. The gun features a 7 - 1/2" octagon barrel, six shot, double action with target sights, checkered walnut stocks, checkered trigger, and lanyard ring in full factory nickel finish. CONDITION: The gun retains approximately 85% original clouded factory nickel with some handling marks, some light bubbling of finish on frame and some spots of finish loss on cylinder. All legends are sharp. Grips are excellent but have been hand checkered at base. The rifling is sharp as is the action. Even more rare that the gun is the original oak casing that has the original Webley's WG Target Model label with instructions under the lid along with a Calcutta dealer label of RBR Rodda and Co. The set comes with a turn screw, oil bottle and wood handle cleaning rod. This is the first manufacturer case with long barrel nickel gun we have encountered. An incredible and very rare cased set.
