(A) Winchester Model 12 shotgun with added poly choke. Serial number dates this gun to 1948. Serial number on the receiver and barrel assembly match. 2 - 3/4" inch chamber, with a barrel marked as modified. Metal has been re-blued at some point, and the stock refinished. Bolt has been jeweled, as has the the magazine feed ramp. A recoil pad has been added to the stock. CONDITION: Overall very good. Metal retains 90% of its finish with light wear and handling marks, especially present on the receiver. Wood is near excellent with light handling marks. Bore is clean with a nice shine to it. Action is tight. (B) Ithaca Model 37 Trap. Serial number dates this gun to 1947. 2 - 3/4" inch barrel, full choke bore. Barrel is marked "proof tested" as well. Blued finish, with a refinished wood stock. Ithaca marked rubber butt-pad. CONDITION: Overall very good. Metal is 90% with light handling wear and signs of use. Wood is near excellent with light handling marks. Bore is clean with a light shine. Overall, a nice pair of shotguns for the Trap or Skeet range. JA
