This is a Fleming HK-21 registered receiver machine gun which was built by Terry Dyer and test fired. NFA electronic registry indicates manufacturer as “Heckler and Koch”, but the actual original registered machine gun manufacturer was Fleming Firearms according to consignor. The consignor states he has had the receiver since it was new and “never chambered a round in the gun”. Marked HK21 on top of receiver with serial number as well as having the serial number on the flat of the receiver above the feed shuttle. Three position selector marked “S,E,F” is numbered “201”, with buttstock hardware numbered “816”. Three cardboard boxes containing fifteen belt segments are included with this lot. Special features of this gun include a heavy quick-change barrel. This is a registered receiver machine gun. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near mint as manufactured combination of smooth gray and black hard-coat finish. Green composite furnishings near excellent with exception of butt-end itself which has some brassing to the edges. Mechanics are crisp. Bore and bolt near excellent. This is a select fire machine gun of the highest level of performance and quality. Just about impossible to improve on this belt fed firing platform.
