The quintessential late 19th century gambling device that always awarded you at least one cigar or if you were lucky, two or three. Deemed to be the "fairest" wheel because there were no hidden plugs or trips, everything in plain sight, though the operator could always discretely hide a weight within to make it more difficult to stop at a higher payout. Overall in nicely refinished patina. No key.

Condition: (Very Good).

Item Dimensions: 14" x 21 - 3/4" x 5 - 1/4".
