This is a very rare and interesting cigar cutter made for the Boston Cigar and Tobacco Co to advertise their "Flying Dude" Cigar. Ornate cast-iron casting with a unique feature of a rotating advertising wheel in the window portion above the cutter. Clockwork operation, every time you depress the cutter the wheel automatically rotates to a different advertisement. The cutter is in amazing detail and in original plating with some minor loss to the cutter arm. the advertising appears to be celluloid and it is faded and in some areas missing detail. The cutter is larger than most and has a great early look.
