This is the often seen cast-iron cigar cutter with match dispenser, manufactured by Northwestern Novelty Co. in Morris, Illinois with a patent date of July 13, 09. This is another of a great collection of cigar cutter/match dispensers featured in this auction. Made to nip your cigar and dispense a lit match. There is elegant scroll work throughout, with copper flash details. Very mild wear.
Condition: (Excellent).
