Truly superb rifle made with chopper lump barrels that have raised rear quarter rib and raised ramp front rib with fixed blade sight. The rib is matted and engraved and tops of barrels are engraved "ARMAS GARBI EIBAR" on right tube and "WILLIAM LARKIN MOORE & CO WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA Mo 2" on left. Barrel flats with serial number, caliber and proof info. Splinter forend is checkering in diamond and point pattern with engraved tip and Curtis push button release. Made with double triggers (front trigger articulated) auto ejectors, and non auto safety. The reinforced coin finished Holland and Holland style action is full coverage floral scroll engraved, coin finished, and engraved "Armas Garbi" on sides. Top tang is fully engraved with gold "S" in front of safety. The rolled edge trigger guard trigger guard is engraved on bow and tang with serial number. Full pistol grip buttstock with small tear drops in stock behind action is checkered in point pattern through the wrist, has beaded edge cheekpiece on left side and gold oval near toe with initials "RJB" neatly engraved and terminates with a thin Decelerator pad. Housed in a chocolate colored leather case with brass corners and red felt interior. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Retains nearly all original finish to both wood and metal. There are some handling marks throughout. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are crisp. Case is excellent with rubs and felt with some soiling. JSL
