All original cigar cutter with a match dispenser advertising Coffey's Vendome 10¢ cigar. When the forward lever is pressed in order to nip the cigar, the inside mechanism pushes a match through the slot in the upper faceplate. If you can find non-safety matches, when you remove the match from the slot, it would automatically light. The cutter has original in-painting to the faceplate. All original plating shows areas of loss on the bottom frame and on the inside areas that were most likely used for an ashtray. A very difficult cigar cutter to find, and this one is in nice original condition.
