Exceptionally attractive Mauser broomhandle full-auto only (no selector switch) machine gun pistol with shoulder stock. Also included is a is a fine felt-lined canvas covered box which includes 10 vintage original stripper clips, 5 near mint stripper clips from “CMR International”, and 8 stripper clips which will not fit (These are for the CZ and often erroneously are advertised as fitting the Mauser). Also included is a C96 firing pin/recoil set, and oil flask, cleaning rod, and Galazan style wood handled screwdriver set. Right receiver panel of gun has familiar “WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER OBERNDORF A. NECKAR D.R.P.u.A.P.” with standard Mauser markings and crown over “U” proof on top and left side flats of barrel. No selector present on left side and instead in its place is a Mauser logo panel. The lower has clearly been professionally reworked so that is now presents as a 20-shot fixed magazine pistol. The person who did the work was an absolute master of their craft. Incoming registration form indicates “Mauser” as the manufacturer and “1930” as the model. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent as professionally reworked and refinished. This gun is absolutely gorgeous with faithfully reproduced lustrous blue and a few barely discernible marks under the finish. Right hand lightening panel exhibits a slightly different milling than the corresponding panel on the left side with perhaps a barely discernible letter “A”. Lettering of the markings is sharp and clear. Wood grips extremely fine to near excellent. Mechanics are fine. Bore is good with shiny lands pitted in the grooves. Bolt face is extremely fine. This is a full-auto only machine gun. No doubt there are many who have desired to find and own a full-auto 9mm Parabellum broomhandle Mauser. This is a rare opportunity indeed!
