Lot contains: (A) M40 Red Cross Double Decal Helmet, and (B) M34 Fire Police Double Decal Helmet. (A) Steel beaded M40 double decal Red Cross helmet marked "Q62" for the maker "Quist" in a shell size of 62, and with a lot number of "1234". The shell retains 85-90% of its dull dark blue finish with freckling. Interior shell retains 95+% of its original dull dark blue finish with light dust. Both Red Cross decals are in 93+% condition with some light toning and a couple of cracks. Natural light tan size stamped "56" liner is intact, with some light edge fraying. Liner has the name "R.Asch" on one tongue with no drawstring present. Correct light tan chinstrap is attached with moderate wear. CONDITION: Overall excellent plus. (B) Aluminum M34 double decal Fire Police helmet. The exterior and interior shell retains 85-90% of its original dull black finish, with freckling and patina. Inside the rear skirt is the stamping of "Hale" a large "A".The police decal is approximately 85%, and the party decal is 90+%. Both have age toning and light scratches. Light brown ventilated leather liner and crown pad are complete, with some light stains and fraying. The name "H Voss" is crossed out, while the name "A Kocher" is still present on the liner. Correct late chinstrap is attached with light wear, and has been repaired by the use of staples to fix a break. CONDITION: Overall excellent. WZ.
