M-1 Carbine built between August 1944 and November 1944 by Inland General Motors Division. Barrel marked "Inland General Motors Division" and dated 10-44. All Inland trigger group with late style flip safety and magazine catch. Correct unmarked flat bolt with correct "PI" marked slide. Late style bayonet lug front barrel band with late style adjustable rear sight. "RIA" marked front sight. Walnut oval cut low wood stock with "IO" in sling well. "IO" marked 4 rivet hand guard. Comes with Camillus marked US M4 leather handled bayonet with "PWH" marked USM8A1 scabbard, two mag canvas stock pouch dated 1943 (J.S. & S.G. O), four 15 round magazines (3 WWII flat bottom) and one post war 30 round. Original style canvas woven sling. CONDITION: 90% original arsenal finish on metal parts. Stock has been cleaned with usage marks and dings. Original uncut stock with crossed cannon cartouche missing. Non-import gun. Accessories in good shape. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
