Extremely nice example of the M3 grease gun with cocking lever on the right side of receiver. Marked on left side of magazine housing “SUB-MACH GUN/CAL 45 M3”. Also marked with “U.S. NO.” above the serial number and “Guide”. Original crossed cannon proof mark discernible near bottom left side of magazine housing as well. Telescoping shoulder loop deploys properly. Barrel bushing retention clip functions properly as does ejection port cover. Includes 2 30 round magazines, and metal oiler held in a clip on the left side (neat feature!). CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent smooth gray original finish, with especially nice coverage on the barrel. Very nice job of factory welding on this gun. Gun is very clean. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt face extremely fine. One of the best clean examples of this model to surface in awhile. A much sought after American submachine gun from the World War II era. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4 AS CURIO AND RELIC ELIGIBLE. JWK 2020-11-027
