Lot consist of: (A) Remington Model 11-48 semi automatic shotgun. Made 1956. Round steel barrel with bead front sight. Metal has a reapplied blued finish. Refinished wood stocks with checkering on the wrist and forearm. Capped pistol grip stock with factory "Remington" marked serrated butt plate. Improved cylinder choke bored with a 2 - 3/4" chamber. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its reapplied blued finish with a few freckles of surface rust on the barrel. Wood is very good with a few minor handling marks and scratches. Solid forearm with no cracks. Bore is shiny. Mechanically fine. (B) Remington Model 11-48 semi automatic shotgun. Made 1953. Round steel barrel with bead front sight. Factory blued finish. Oil finished wood stocks with checkering on the wrist and forearm. Capped pistol grip stock with factory "Remington" marked serrated butt plate. Improved cylinder choke bored with a 2 - 3/4" chamber. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with some light blemishes on the frame. Wood has a few minor dings and scratches. Bore is shiny. Mechanically fine. JWA
