Japanese. Working. Possibly made for the English market. When in operation, Popeye's head moves up and down and his arms are movable. No denting or cracking to figure. Includes original box marked "King Features Syndicate 1929" and "Foreign" on bottom left corner. Box has one inside flap that is detached but present, one other inside flap that is missing, and some creasing/tearing throughout.
Condition: (Very Good).
