Classic World War II Soviet autoloading rifle manufactured at the Tula Arsenal in 1941 in standard military configuration. Original serial number "HB6128" stamped on the receiver and stock, with matching numbers electropencilled on bolt and trigger guard. Magazine not matching. In addition to Tula star, date, and Russian proofs, receiver is marked with a small "CDI" import marking. Metal components exhibit reapplied arsenal blued finish with the bolt plum finished. Birch stock lacquer finished. Rifle accompanied by Mosin dog-collar web sling, oil bottle, tools and shipping box. CONDITION: Excellent. Retains nearly all of its arsenal reapplied finishes with a few minor marks. Frosted bore with strong rifling. Fine mechanics. BAS
