Very nice early German MG-3 (soft) mount suitable for the MG-42 machine gun. Many prefer this mount for recreational use when shooting their MG-42 machine guns as these mounts are lighter and more manageable than the traditional Lafette tripods. Padded carrying straps are present with this mount. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish extremely fine original green paint. Leather covers torn yet in serviceable condition. JWK 2021-04-026
