Lot consists of (A) Smith & Wesson M&P-15 semi automatic rifle with scope. St. Cloud Minnesota made gun. Round pencil weight barrel marked "DPMS 5.56 1-9" on the bottom. A2 style birdcage flash hider. Low profile, railed gas block with no iron sights. Phosphate finished flat top upper and lower receiver. 4 position collapsible polymer stock, pistol grip, and forearm. "D&H TACTICAL" marked 30 round anodized aluminum magazine. Includes attached unmarked polymer foregrip and Firefield 2.5 - 10 illuminated reticle scope with side laser. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finishes, with some sticker residue on both sides of the lower receiver. Furniture is excellent as well. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent. Scope has some exterior scratches, but the optic is clear. Illuminated reticle/laser does not work, may need a new battery. (B) Smith & Wesson M&P 15 semi automatic rifle. Round, barrel marked with a 1:8 twist rate. A2 style flash hider. Low profile gas tube with no iron sights. Flat top anodized upper and lower receiver. No forward assist. 4 position polymer stock, pistol grip and forearm. Forearm has attached rail and forward grip on the bottom. Magazine is a Center Industries Law Enforcement roll marked 30 round aluminum, dated "09/03". Includes attached Bushnell red dot on a UTG mount. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finishes with some wear and sticker residue on both sides of the upper. Furniture is excellent. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has a dent on the left side, otherwise is fine. Red dot is excellent, and works as it should. JWA
