Pre Ban Colt Ar-15 semi automatic rifle with box. Made 1982. Standard markings on the left side of the lower. Barrel is marked "C MP CHROME BORE". Forge markings on the right side of the upper. Bolt is marked "C" on the left side. Standard weight, round steel barrel with full cage flash hider. Post front sight and A1 adjustable rear. Factory phosphate finish on the metal components. A1 polymer stock, pistol grip and hand guards. Hang tag is still attached to the rifle. Includes original plain cardboard box, manual, sling and two 20 round aluminum factory Colt magazines. Also included are two Sterling made AR-180 magazines, one 30 round, and one 20 round. CONDITON: Metal retains 95% or more of its original finish with mild handling marks and scratches. Furniture is excellent. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Looks to have been fired very little, if at all post factory. Mechanically fine. Magazines and accessories are excellent. Box is fair with a piece missing from the lid, and rips/tears. JWA
