SSP. An outstanding example of this rare & iconic piece of porcelain advertising for H.P. Hood & Sons Milk, showing the beautiful and iconic Hood Cow graphic in the center. Sign shows outstanding color & gloss throughout the field with an immaculate lithographed graphic in the Porcelain, showing only minimal surface scratches with bright and crisp colors. Sign shows clean Hood Milk Print Type along the outer edge as well as deep red coloring. Sign shows minor chipping at the top mounting hole as well as very minor chipping at the top right outer edge. The grommets are clean and the mounting holes are in excellent condition. A very nice example of this beautiful piece of iconic and early porcelain signage, a centerpiece for any collection.
