Japanese. Working. Extremely rare. Body, arms, and legs are tin and head is vinyl. Includes original felt cape with Japanese writing on bottom. When batteries are placed in legs, toy walks and lights up in chest. Slight scratching and wear to toy and cape is faded. Includes original box with beautiful graphics and Japanese writing.
