High condition and desirable Colt AR-15 A2 SPORTER II converted to a machine gun by Fleming Firearms. This is a registered receiver machine gun. Classic military style with triangular handguards, bolt forward assist, birdcage flash hider. Barrel is marked “CMP CHROME BORE”. Typical Colt markings with “AR-15 A2” on magazine well with “SP” prefix serial number. 1 30-round magazine is included. Close inspection reveals a replacement front receiver pin. Selector markings are “Safe”, “Fire”, and the full-auto position is left blank at selector switch. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent with some brassing where the lower receiver meets the upper receiver on the left side. Otherwise only the slightest of handling marks. Action is very smooth. This weapon has been fired very little and well cared for. Bore is near excellent, shiny, and bright. Bolt face near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select-fire machine gun. A very attractive piece with the details sure to please any full-auto enthusiast. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER.
