German Berlin-Lubecker G.43 semi automatic rifle. Made 1944 in the "e" serial block. "G.43 duv 44." marked on the left side of the chamber. No import mark found. Matching serials on the rear sight collar, bolt carrier, stock, receiver housing and bolt components. Bolt components and receiver housing are electro pencil matched. Correct, "(eagle)/214" Waffenamt's throughout. Hooded barleycorn front sight with rear adjustable to 1,200 meters. Factory blued finish. Laminate butt stock with factory light oil finish. Resin handguard. Metal butt plate with trapdoor. Includes "awj" and "K43" marked 10 round magazine with a black enamel finish. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its original finish with general wear. The rear sight collar and bolt carrier have their correct rough finish. Stock is excellent with a few minor handling marks. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Magazine has a few handling marks. Mechanically fine. Extremely clean G.43 for your collection. JWA
