Rotating plastic barber shop neon. This piece has a bracket attachment that connects to the wall and rotates. The plastic globe portion lights up and is in excellent working condition. There are no visible cracks to the plastic or dulling of the color. There are a couple areas of light paint overspray and one of the ends has a section of the edge chipped off, but the piece is otherwise in excellent displayable and working condition.
