M10 machine gun manufactured by Military Armament Corp. in Powder Springs, GA. The right side of the receiver bears the Military Armament Corp. logo followed by stampings stipulating the model, caliber, and manufacturer information, safety selector markings, and serial number, with the left side being marked "SEMI" and "FULL". Barrel is threaded and measures 5 - 5/8". Rear of frame retains its foldout stock. Silencer is stamped with the MAC logo followed by stampings stipulating the manufacturer information, model, caliber, and serial number. This lot will incur 2 transfers if transferred via Form 4. Included with this lot is an unfired new barrel with 2 wrenches. CONDITION: Metal components have extremely fine to near excellent original factory finish, exhibiting scattered handling marks overall with a couple showing through to a gray patina. Bore is extremely fine, showing carbon build-up throughout. Suppressor shows some scattered handling marks as well as carbon build-up but otherwise appears to be fine. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. MLW/JWK
