Springfield M1A semi automatic rifle with factory box and scope. Made mid 2000s. Standard markings on the heel of the receiver. Barrel is marked "NM 308" on the top. Standard weight barrel with typical flash hider and no bayonet lug. "NM" marked front sight, with standard rear sight. Factory phosphate finish on the metal components. Smooth finished walnut stock and brown plastic hand guard. Military style folding metal butt plate. Includes attached Springfield Armory marked 6x40 Government Model scope, Springfield Armory mount, military style leather sling, and serial matching blue/white box. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% or more of its original finish with a few light handling marks. Wood has a few handling marks as well. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Scope and mount are excelelnt with a clear optic. Box has light edge wear. JWA
