Russian Izhevsk Arsenal SVT-40 semi automatic rifle with scope. Made 1941 at the Izhevsk factory. Standard Russian proofs on the chamber. Small import mark on the right side of the receiver. Matching serials on the receiver, bolt (electro penciled), stock, and trigger guard. Magazine does not match. Round steel barrel with standard muzzle device. Standard post front sight with rear tangent adjustable to 1,500 meters. Arsenal refurbished finish on the metal components. Stock has a light lacquered finish. Smooth metal butt plate. Includes scope mount that slides onto the rail system over the dust cover (with no holes drilled) and Bushnell 3 - 9x40 scope. Also includes original attached sling. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its arsenal reapplied finish. Stock finish has worn off in most places. Bore is frosted with good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. Scope is excellent with a clear optic. Sling is very good. JWA
