Nice depiction of Cobb wearing Detroit Tigers hat on front and Buster Brown and Tiger on left, Buster Brown holding Morton's flag with tiger on it, Tiger holding bat in right hand. Button marked on bottom edge "The White Lad & Hoag Company, Newark, New Jersey". Paper on back of button, marked "Patented 1896". Back of button has some oxidation to bare metal part and slight staining on back paper label. Front is very clean with very little wear. This is the best button of the Detroit team set, a 15 button series capitalizing on the success of the defending American League Champions, Detroit Tigers Baseball Club.
Condition: (Excellent).
