Match safe cane with patent date "Apr387". This cane has a 4" brass button that pops the lid to reveal vesta matches and a candle. Candle can be pushed up as the candle burns down to light cigar. Ebonized hardwood shaft and a steel ferrule. C. 1890. 37 - 1/2".
