Depicts Popeye holding pipe in right hand and spinach can in left hand. When in operation, Popeye's head goes up and down blowing bubbles, as arms go up and down, and pipe lights. Marked "King Features Syndicate Linemar Japan" on back of toy. Untested. Bubble resevior has some rust inside. Some scratching throughout.
Condition: (Very Good).
