Wind-up on both Popeye and Olive Oyl figures. When wound, they move tin litho ball back and forth over base. Ball does have some litho loss and wear. Slight wear to figures. Bun on Olive Oyl and Popeye's pipe look like replacements. Marked "King Features Syndicate".
