One is Popeye on a High Wheel bike, with original bell with Wimpy and Olive Oyl. Marked "KING FEATURES SYNDICATE". Original pants are faded. Pipe bowl looks to be a replacement. Second is a Popeye Skater, also with faded original pants. Rubber wheel on bottom is intact. Looks to have original pipe and bowl. Marked "KING FEATURES SYNDICATE" on back.
Condition: (Very Good).
