Jarmann Model 1884 tubular magazine rifle made in Norway and was in service from 1884 to 1900. Blued round rifled barrel with band blade front sight, bayonet stud, and rear graduated sight with barrel dated 1883. Blued single shot or repeating action controlled by a switch on the left-hand side with smooth polished straight bolt and knurled thumb release safety. Wood full military stock with finger groove, steel barrel bands, steel cleaning rod, and buttplate with brass plate on underside. CONDITION: Overall good with 80% trace of blue with most faded to silver on carry areas. Wood has usage marks and dings with good bore and mechanics. DLM
