Lot contains: (A) German World War II tropical olive cotton pith helmet marked "JHS, "55-1942" with light wear, stain, and dust. Rim trim is unusual and appears to have been glued. Cork body appears to be undamaged, and leather sweatband has light wear with moderate staining and rim wear. The Heer and national shields appear to be original to the helmet. Red cotton crown has very light wear. Green leather chinstrap is attached, with moderate wear and cracking. CONDITION: Overall excellent. (B) German World War II tropical tan cotton pith helmet marked "Made in Germany", ORL", "1942", "57" with light to moderate wear, staining, and dust. Rim trim has light wear and damage. Cork body appears to be undamaged, and leather sweatband has light wear with moderate staining and rim wear. The Heer shield has been replaced, and national shield appears to be original to the helmet. Red cotton crown has very light wear and staining. Olive leather chinstrap is attached, with light wear. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. (C) Brown leather googles with tinted glass eye pieces and elastic strap. CONDITION: Overall very good. WEZ
