Composite M1A1 Paratrooper Carbine made by Inland Division of General Motors between January of 1943 and August of 1944. Underwood marked barrel dated "1-43". Mixed correct period parts with round bolt, Inland trigger group and arsenal rebuild late parts including bayonet lug, rear sight, and flip safety with late style magazine release. Walnut reproduction "Fatboy" style grip paratrooper stock with period green woven sling. 4 rivet "LW" marked period top wood. Comes with late style 15 round magazine. CONDITION: 90% arsenal finish remaining with wood having 90% original finish. Good shootable bore with ME of 2 with good mechanics. Excellent reenactor's gun or shooter. DLM
