An icon of 20th century conflict, the 1919 was fielded through World War II, into the Cold War, and by US allies. This example is an Isreali parts kit largely made from USGI Saginaw parts but converted from .30-06 to the standard NATO 7.62x51mm (.308) by the IDF with new or modified parts including barrel, top cover, and belt feed components. This kit has been professionally reassembled as a semi-automatic rifle in 1919A6 LMG configuration. Reapplied phosphate finish throughout. Classic 24" barrel with perforated shroud and flash hider. Ladder rear sight with no front sight present. Gun is fitted with an aluminum butt stock, 2-piece composite pistol grip, carry handle, and bipod. CONDITION: Very good as remanufactured. Bountiful amounts of the durable reapplied parkerized finish are retained with some components showing light to moderate wear. Grips have some light scratching and a chip at base. Fine bright mirror bore with crisp rifling. Mechanics a little sticky. BAS

CORRECTION: After further review, this rifle is currently fitted with a barrel chambered for .30-06 and the front sight is present.
