Lot consists of: (A) Vietnam War Era APH-5 flight helmet with boom mike. The helmet retains its original label and is marked as a size "Medium" and dated "5/67". Named to "Thompson" on the interior foam. CONDITION: The helmet exhibits various dents and scuffs on the exterior, especially on the back. Interior hardware remains intact with some tarnishing. Leather pads remain pliable. Chinstrap intact. Tinted visor present with smooth functioning mechanism. Overall very good. (B) Vietnam War Era APH-7 flight helmet with boom mike. The helmet exhibits classic Vietnam War Air Force spray camouflage. Front plate has been replaced, most likely an early replacement. CONDITION: The helmet exhibits various scuffs and blemishes. Interior is tarnished and missing leather pads. Both visors are present and mechanisms function properly. Tinted visor mechanism is broken towards the front. Overall fair. (C) WWII Kelly helmet with nice paint and liner. Liner is named "LIEUT. R. CARPENTER" of the NYSG on the liner. CONDITION: Paint is very good plus with scattered scratches. Liner remains pliable with scattered tarnishing. Chinstrap intact. Overall excellent. (D) WWII Type A-11 leather flight helmet with avionics. Original spec label present. CONDITION: Leather remains pliable with obvious wear exhibited. Overall very good. (D) WWII NAF-1092 leather flight helmet. Original spec label present. CONDITION: Leather remains pliable, green staining to the interior. Overall very good. JLD
