This is an early, complete and colorful three-piece cardboard festoon. Lily pads and swans fold forward to create a three-dimensional effect. 12’ wide x 20” tall when fully displayed. Has five or six nail holes on each of the three panels. Includes original envelope which has damage and age toning.
