Manufactured in 1943 in standard military configuration by the Carl Gustaf's Arsenal for service in the Swedish armed forces in their 6.5x55mm service cartridge. It features a blued ported 25 - 1/2" round barrel, hooded front sight, adjustable U-notch rear sight, updated dust cover, rubber brass deflector, and 2-piece birch stock with plain steel butt plate and brass stock disk. Import marked on barrel. CONDITION: Very good. Vast majority of arsenal applied blued finished is retained throughout. Some wear present on the bottom of the magazine with other minor scattered marks. Stock is very good, showing some impressions generally expected on a surplus rifle. Bright bore displaying well defined rifling. Fine mechanics. Externally visible matching serial numbers observed on receiver, bolt carrier, and butt plate. BAS
