Model SL8-1 manufactured by Heckler & Koch in 1999. The left side of the upper assembly bears an "HK" logo followed by "SL8-1" over the caliber and manufacturer markings, with the right side data plate bearing an "(Eagle) / N" commercial nitro proof, followed by HK's date code "KK" (99), as well as an Ulm proof house stamp. Features include a black polymer construction, HK pattern pistol grip, 20" chrome lined barrel, carry handle with integral dual optic featuring a 3x optic and an upper mounted upper red dot sight, bipod, as well as a G36 pattern side-folding buttstock. Rifle was converted to allow the usage of STANAG pattern magazines. Accompanied by an SL8 10 round magazine and a pair of 30 round G36 pattern magazines in an OD green ammo crate that originally held 1400 rounds of .308 Winchester. CONDITION: Excellent, with polymer furniture exhibiting few minor handling marks overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Optics are clear. MLW
