After the controversy regarding the original G series imports, Browning imported a second group of rifles that addressed the issues with the ATF, utilizing a receiver that is not sear cut. Browning imported them circa 1971 for Les Rogak, and are import marked for Browning. This example has the paratrooper wire folding stock, ear protected post front sight, aperture rear sight, with 2 apertures, one marked for 150 meters, second marked for 250 meters. Left side of receiver marked ".308 MATCH", right side with FN rollmark. Right side of magazine well marked with a Browning import mark "BROWNING ARMS CO. / MORGAN, UTAH". Vented composite green-brown forearm. Matching serial numbers observed on bolt, bolt carrier, and barrel. CONDITION: Overall excellent, showing only the most minor marks from handling and storage, with composite handguard and pistol grip with more marks than balance. Mechanically fine, bore is crisp with strong rifling. This is an outstanding condition example of a rare rifle. EMW
