SST. This sign has some rubs to the paint on the edge and some very minor paint loss and scratching in a few areas of the field. It is otherwise in excellent condition with nearly flawless color and gloss. It has a great Seals graphic and logo, and is marked for, "the Scioto Sign Company and Frank Manfretti." It has a newly-added frame to enhance display.
